2023: Analogue photoemulsion on aluminium in steelframe

Inspired by ancient Egyptian drawings „Tipping Points I-III“ shows different variations of the the children’s game „Tug of War“. Using pressure on various parts of the humane body the goal is to bring the rivalling party to collapse and fall over. What seems easy on first glance is rather difficult in execution and demands sharp precision. Amidst these forceful positions tender encounters arise: Tired heads leaning subtly towards the ground and tiny toes softly touching each other.
